Warranty
All products carry a 12-month parts warranty. The warranty covers the product only and does not cover freight, labour or other costs incurred to remedy a defect. To make a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.
Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice for unused, unfitted products in undamaged original packaging. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges attract a 15% restocking fee, and the customer pays return freight.
Special-order items and assembled struts or kits cannot be returned.
Orders paid with Afterpay or Zip can be refunded as store credit, or to the Afterpay or Zip account less the 7% payment fee.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders attract a 15% fee plus any payment transaction fees.
Wrong item sent
If we send the wrong item for the vehicle listed, we pay the return postage, send the correct item as a priority, and no restocking fee applies.
