Most orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days. Special orders, back-orders and pre-assembled products need 3 to 4 extra days, and we keep you updated at each step.
Carriers
We ship with Australia Post, Hunter Express, Direct Freight Express, Aramex, TNT and Fastway, depending on the size of the part and your location. Every order ships with tracking.
Transit times
Transit times are the carriers' estimates and are in addition to dispatch time. We cannot guarantee against carrier delays.
